Yes, they do. It was a very cool program that one of the "gung-ho" scout leaders wrote a few years back. My first and last Arrow of Light ceremony!
That is a bonus for you- having one scout! Nice job Chad! Parker's advice- don't wait until 6 weeks before you turn 18 to work on your Eagle Project.
